Not all that sold on Choad Morris. He couldn’t get any offense going for two years with his own *** on the line. And Clemson’s offense has been better after he left.

Watson and lawerence are better than boyd. Dude is a good oc. Clemson he had 2 top 10 offenses at clemson in 4 years there and his last year at smu they were 15th.

Not everyone is as dumb as Flake, that's for sure. If we hire any coaches at all, it will be because one of the current hacks leaves of his own accord. Then we hire another hack who is buddies with Manny. The "Miami Formula" of hiring coaches will never change.

That right there, is the premise for failure. Weak foundation = weak structure.

Are u aware of Odom’s defensive philosophy, it’s a 4-3 but read and react, not an attacking defense.

What I know is he turned around a putrid Memphis defense and turned Mizzou’s def top 10 in 2015, and if I’m not mistaken, that was Mizzou’s first time in their history, fielding a top 10 def.

Randy Shannon wipes his freshmens *** with Diaz as a DC.

Diaz has fielded ONE top ten defense in his career. ONE!! hes had more bottom 50 defenses than top ten defenses.

With a fanbase this dumb we deserve to be where we are, we really do.

So many of these fans care more about how a guy looks, tweets, or talks than the results they get.

How many national championship games has Cuban Al coached in? How many CONFERENCE championship games? How many NFL players has he gotten to the league? Randy is not even comparable to Diaz as a DC. They arent close.

I was more thinking of the recruiting side of it.

I would definitely bring in Barry Odom as DC, he had Mizzou with the 16th ranked total Defense & 10th in the nation against the pass. But I highly doubt Manny would ever hire a guy like that, Odom has too big of an ego for him & wouldn't want a another HC as a DC usurping his power.

However Odom does run a 4-3 & switched to a 4-2-5 this season so he is familiar with our style of Defense. But no way Manny fires Baker, that's his protege.

We need to go get Cornell Ford & bring him on in some capacity (obviously not as RB coach), but that dude is one the best recruiters in the country. Check his background, he was a CB's coach help landed them great Defensive players all over the Defense & switched to RB's coach 3 years ago & kept it going. He recruits every position player & he was the guy behind recruiting a lot of those great Defensive lineman that Coach Kool was sending to the NFL at Mizzou.

Also Brick Haley would be a good addition to the staff, he's got very good history as a DLine coach, I like Stroud but would still find a spot somewhere on staff for Haley.
