Pretty sure the vast majority of the criticism direct at Mario was in reference to his coaching ability/gameday planning. Very few on here question his ability as a recruiter. His main knock is that he's not an X's and O's coach and so far hasnt seemed to hire coordinators who aren't good at that either. But hey, if you want to use this as a moral victory then be my guest.
