Definitely more of a used car salesman than we all think. We all need to keep in mind..that in order to hire his son for a position he clearly was not qualified for, he reached out to a former player, who was just as unqualified & desperate as the person he was asked to subordinate. Richt of course knew..this person would have no issues serving as an enabler of nepotism, just as long as he too could benefit from this corrupt situation. Only a treacherous & amoral individual..could ever dream of configuring this sort of staff dynamic.

Richt wouldn't dare to maintain the status quo. He is not that dumb and/or those around him with real skin in the game (Diaz, James, Dugans) will force him to make the right changes. Dude is just trolling the fans with these comments. This fanbase is notoriously venemous when the coaches don't produce. They have gotten under the skin of every coach who ever played here at one point or another.

If changes don't happen--and especially if we schit the bed against UF like we did against LSU--you better believe the banners will fly!!!

would Jon "Mork" Richt Jr be the QB coach at any other major school in the whole ***king country ?

if you are a Mork supporter and your answer to the question was NO, then you have a few things to think about dont you ?

Im not gonna take information based on what a recruit sensed on the last game of the season.

While recruiting, a large portion of the job is showing stability in coaches. You’re not gonna hint to a recruit that you’ll fire staff members as soon as they commit

No way. Of the many reasons for the failure of this offense(Richt as OC, Scheme, Injuries, OL talent etc.) non were bigger than the **** poor job Searles did with this line
 
Anyone who thought Richt would do anything different barring a mass revolt and violent demonstrations on campus, are fools...

This is the most likely scenario: Richt makes no changes, thinks the O Line will take a step forward next season based on having another year in the system so, he will not get rid of Searels. Jr stays put as well. We go 7-5 or worse next season. Then, Richt is officially put on the "hot seat" for 2020...that means we have him for at least 2 more years, possibly longer since the admin has no balls.
