And how many recruits did we lose this year to poor play vs banners?

Looks like a poor product on the field is what burns a program to the ground. Banners are just a consequence of that poor product.

I do not have time to look it up. Since you seem to know, tell me the years we were lower in total offense then this year. I admit, I am off my rocker ****ed at this ineptness and I look forward to the answer. May very well be some years I am forgetting, maybe 97.

So let’s see the 1st banner flew today and that’s why our current recruiting class is struggling with less than a month to go before early signing day?

How many 5 stars did we have committed before today? How many QB’s did we have committed? How many running backs? We need 4 OL, how many did we have committed before today? How many of our top targets flipped or committed elsewhere before today?? I must’ve missed it where our current class was ranked in the top 10 before today and dropped to 24 because of the banner.

I get you don’t like the banners and that’s cool, but let’s not be disingenuous, recruiting is getting directly affected by the terrible offensive product being put on the field.

Losing to Virginia, with a QB who has the worst mechanics ever in D1, Boston College, Duke, first time at home since the 1970s, and GT, a triple option team is the reason recruits won't come here, especially offensive minded players.
 
As pathetic as the offense was, it still was more successful than almost anything else this year. No TEs. As soon as Rick gets the TEs back he is going to go right back to his "power" run game, meaning those plays where Homer was 1 on 1 with a defender because the D was spread out aren't going to happen. Sad, but predictable. Rick stinks.

Point out in my post where I said or even implied that today's banner impacted recruiting before today. Your whole premise is flawed.
