Oh no doubt everybody here knew this long ago. But what's with CIS porsters and having to make a contest out of who first saw that something sucked? Any second now somebody's gonna bust in here shouting about how they knew al sucked after the MD game an demanding a medal or parade or some sht.

Bottom line, Barry's saying it now. And like it or not, him saying it is worth more than this whole board going on and on about it.

I’ll take it. More heat on Richt and AD is good. Will Manso also tweeted CMR has to be forced to make changes.

I can agree with this...now get SMD on her "Podcast" to exalt this at the highest decibel level afforded to chit reporters with degrees in hornicology
 
These media people have to reach a tipping point before they take a real position against a coach. And when they do, it can carry some weight. First Jimmy's comments, now this from mainstream local media. It serves to legitimize the point of view to the point that it can't be dismissed as fan hotheads online. If you really want change, these dominoes have to fall first.

In the nicest way possible ("I really like Mark Richt," etc) he said it was too much for the head coach to be running the offense and that his time was needed in overseeing the whole operation while an OC could devote all of his time to the offense. He said he once gave the same advice to Norv Turner.
 
Should've known Mark Richt couldn't coach qbs when he didn’t turn his son into a good qb. The University of Miami's quarterback coach is 28 years old, a 1st time position coach, and a college qb who couldn't complete 52% of his passes at Mars Hill.

Unless some real changes are made that actually impact the program at once, and not piecemeal stuff the program will stagger around for years to come.

I think the comical thing is that we’re just accelerating his tenure at UGA. Big changes didn’t come until after year 6 there, we may get them after year 3.

Then Richt corched another 9 years at UGA, maybe he will only get 4.5 years more here.

Please note: Richt should have never been hired in the first place.

  1. Searles has to go. Points out critical mistakes on his part.
  2. OL sucks.
  3. Offense needs an innovative play caller (not CMR) asap.
  4. Jon needs to be replaced, he is just an extension of CMR.
  5. James has to step up and force CMR to make changes.
  6. discussed the good and bad plays from the game.
  7. Shameful that Pitt will win the Coastal and we might just might not get to 6 wins.

What Pro Style Offense??? All I see every game is the shotgun or pistol formation. Rarely do I see the QB under center nor do I see any ace formation, i-formation not even goalline formation. To call this offense "pro style" is a joke!! Watch any NFL game and not even the worst teams will look anything like the garbage Richt puts out week in and week out. GTFOH!!

I mean the guy routinely runs a halfback draw on 3rd and short FROM SHOTGUN!! What kind of moron goes to the gun on 3rd and short???? Over and over!!!
