Too expensive (and too soon) to fire Mario now
He was a good late season coach at Oregon (16-8 in Nov/Dec)
Many coaches are paid much less than him with much better results. He's one of the worst in his tax bracket
Too many penalties- needs to try something new
Not aggressive or creative enough on offense
Beck is much better out of PA
Stop foolish errors

In the spring when reports of Kelly's potential demise surfaced I said it must be nice. Seeing these coaches held accountable while ours is held hostage is sobering.

Completely agree with you. If he loves the U as much as has been reported, I just really hope he takes a long hard look in the mirror and makes substantial changes in how he runs things during the season. He is great at a lot of other things but in season just falls flat for some reason. Maybe he will have a Nick Saban moment of clarity this offseason and get with the times on offense.
