I only brought up the Overtown thing as an example of the billion things that are a better use of resources than that banner. I really don't give a **** how that idiot spends his Money. I'm just saying you don't see respectable programs like Michigan, Tx, USC with useless banners even in down times. It's just embarrassing on the program, and I find it funny that people think it actually sways the admin. You're speaking about the same kind of people that raise tuition by thousands each year while kids drown in loans. They don't give a **** about you or your stupid banner. Bash me all you want though, no matter to me.

I think there is a bit of a difference between students going to the president's house and a grown adults paying actual money to fly a pointless banner. But whatever. I'm born and raised in Michigan and I can tell you first hand their fans as frustrated as they were with Hoke weren't crying about him like the idiots on this on this board cry about Golden. A blind man could tell you Golden is a joke, but he will be fired we all know that.

It's hilarious that so many fans talk about amd live the 'Us Against the World' mantra, but clinch over the 'embarrassment' of these banners and the angry fans. So you *****es do care what others think.

My friend thought the banner was stupid and that the people who did it were idiots. That was before the game. Mid way through he was fine with it and understood why you all did it

Win or be fired? Win what? The ACC or 8 meaningless games? Can you even answer that question? You can't. Because it's year 5 and we are coming off a 6-7 season, and guess what? He's still here.

That banner is all over the media outlets. It's a major black eye for this program's PR. Fans are angry and they're protesting for change. Our incompetent AD is feeling the pressure to be successful. Our new president will read about this today. The banners may not be the reason they fire Golden; however, it is adding pressure to this program to make serious changes. You're delusional if you think it does nothing.

This banner was different!

It sought something POSITIVE and desirable by all lovers of UM

Not sure how they could top that
 
I'm not pro or anti banner, but the folks getting rustled makes me enjoy the banner
