The banner doesn't even "support" Carter. It uses his name as a cheerleader for good PR. There is no get well soon Carter, good luck Carter, etc. It's a banner flown for the sole purpose of making the school look better to those who are naive enough to not realize, "hey how does that support the kid?"

i'm not referring to the one that flew today. we talked about getting one with "get well soon" or something like that and it petered out.

Because "get well soon" takes up too many of the allotted words that can go toward the pro-UM PR message. Dig?
