Nothing wrong with disapproving but my goodness it's over he's the guy. Suck it up, you all sound like and bunch of millennial, microwave society, if I don't like it I'm going to whine and pray that he fails so I can be right *** women. I'm neutral on the hire, if he fails let's move on; if he's a winner we're set. I'm just saying give the guy a chance to mess up before you all start crying and moaning like a wife that has to move because her husband got a new job.

It’s a lady hire but he deserves a chance to hire and fire guys. We have plenty of time to destroy him if hs sucks
 
Not mannys fault. He’s not deserving of the promotion. A large portion of the fan base will never get behind this hire because of the way it was handled. His seat is already warm, he must win immediately. If he gets ****ed by the Gatas and has us at 4-4 the banners will be flying and him and flake will both be fired.

They wanted Mario Cristobal, a proven head coach with a 35-52 record and who barely attained bowl eligibility in a conference that made the ACC coastal look like the NFC South.
 
When is being young and aggressive and loving Miami the qualification for being a HC at UM?

There are endless millions of frat guys with those exact qualifications.

How bout we hire a guy who can actually win football games, who can recruit?
 
After Manny is fired just give Blake and The BOTs a 305 white pages phone book they can start from Alvarez and work their way down from there. **** is atrocious..
