Get behind the idea of Diaz being the Head Coach, I wasn't thrilled yesterday but that's the guy. Give him an opportunity to mess up before you bash him all over the internet and social media and banner flying talk. Either give him your full support or go find another team. You guys are idiot's!

Just like you probably wanted to get behind Randy and Al and Rick. Dont be a lemming. If you dont like the guy, nothing wrong with saying it.

How many posts did that thread have? I'll aim high and say 200? That's not even a majority of the posters on this site, which account for an infinitesimally small percentage of the entire fanbase. You may see a majority of fans disgusted this time next year. That's a very real possibility.

How do we know he is miserable. He is a young, aggressive and Miami loving coach. That checks everyone’s first box for a new hire. No experience as a head coach, but with the right staff I think that won’t be a problem.

Just because who you probably wanted as the new coach wasn’t hired, doesn’t make Manny a miserable failure of a coach.
