Ban habitual negative posters from the recruiting forum

It seems it’s the same guys that go on every thread and derail it with negative comments and always say x recruit is going to another school. I don’t know if they are real canes fans or not but they have free reign to ruin thread after thread in the recruiting forum.

agreed with @flcanesfan which is why i only comment that recruits are the next lawrence taylor and cane locks. gotta keep the morale up.
