i have been saying the last couple years if bama had a legit nfl qb they could run a pro style offense like we did with KD, they are prolly the only team in the country with the horses to do that, again like our 2000-2001-02 teams. Now with this kid they are lethal both running and passing, gonna be a real monster now and saban knows it, how do you defend that, and with that D, JEEEZ
 
Where the **** are all of their other receivers and tight ends?

They had Ridley (Jr.), three freshman (Ruggs, Jeudy, Smith), and no TE playing the whole game.

I don't believe Georgia will take a step back, but it will be absolutely DIFFICULT to knock off Saban's squad off Mt. Alabama! hUh.

The bottom line: Saban is the BEST head coach in modern day college football. Think from the 60's up to today. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Cane fandom HATES Saban and all that. So what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Didn't know we had some closet Bama fans on this board. As the dude above states, that defense is getting gutted. The offense will be super strong though.

And i dont care... They will have another qb controversy as soon as Tua Tagovailoa chokes. They'll roll out another running back as a qb rinse repeat.

The more time that passes, the less I like the sport.

The overall product is trash, and the politics are tough to stomach.

I'll watch all of UMs games next year, and maybe catch a few minutes here and there of other programs.

The truth is I just don' care as much as I once did (i.e. planning vacations around games, etc.) Those days are long gone.

Gotta give the guy credit.

That being said, it's safe to say that UGA was not prepared for anything that resembled a real passing game.
 
They have a 12 year head start, stack all positions and win championships. If we can build our OL and DL depth with studs, well be there. We have equal talent except at those positions and LB. If we can get 2 DT in addition to Nesta and repeat in 2019 we'll be back to competing at their level

Look he played very well. Not taking that from him. But I also saw him take some bad sacks and I saw him throw a pick that was a ball intended for 3 receivers that had their backs to him. He had no idea who he was passing to on that play. Just kinda of chucked it. Saban won't put up with that no matter how good he is. And if you really think his TD pass was intended for Ridley please go back and watch again. All that being said, he is better then the starter and that is a bit scary.
