Baker Mayfield wanted to be a **** Cane...

Instructive lesson: Hugh Jackson is supposed to have immense football knowledge as an NFL head coach. He thought Tyrod Taylor was the better choice for qb because he was more familiar with his system. Problem was Taylor's inaccuracy was killing the team. Mayfield steps in and leads Browns to comeback victory. The better qb was on the bench the whole time. Hope Rick was watching.

Can't speak on Darnold, but Baker is actually a really respectable dude. Hasn't complained about not being the starter or not getting first team reps. Just watched his long postgame interview and he's just a class act. He was a walk on at OU. How the **** is he entitled? Or are you just talking out of your *** and don't know ****?
Read the post you quoted and get back to me.

When you know, you know...i don't have to explain my self to you or any other one of you ******* idiots on here who always disrespect someone who makes a statement that you cant comprehend or back up with a Google search.

Now continue to do your thing.

Jesus. So you don't have to explain yourself but we have to back things up with exalted Google searches. I gave you several examples showing Baker is not entitled. Your turn or you lose your ridiculous point. Pretty simple stuff

He badly wanted the Canes job too. What a lucky escape.

Depressing but dude was a walk on twice. Teams who let him join the team weren't even smart enough to give him a scholarship

biggest Cinderella story in CFB , walk on to transfer walk on to heisman to 1st overall pick to future nfl stud

TE and QB u can always find those sleepers, Im a big believer in that and Baker and Njoku are perfect examples of it. They are out there just have to really look.

I'm still in shock that the Browns didn't **** up the last two drafts. Garrett, Peppers, Njoku, Ogunjobi, Mayfield, taking Ward over Chubb and picking up Genard Avery later, Callaway.....look to be hitting more than missing these past couple of drafts

When he planted the OU flag at midfield in the Shoe, I knew that he had that dog in him. Would have been fun to have his crotch-grabbing and middle finger-waving antics at UM.
For the record I agree however we all know that crotch grabbing middle finger waving antics in Oklahoma has the media saying things like "That kid has spunk and charisma." Do that at UM and the media would be calling the kid a thug and a criminal. You would have talking heads coming out of the woodwork screaming for suspensions, sanctions and the death penalty. We don't have the luxury of having a character like that here at UM.
