Give him a couple of extra inches and he would be the second coming of Reggie White. You can be 280+ and play edge at an extremely high level.

Jerome McDougal measured 6'2 264 at the combine 23 years ago.

Bain will measure 6'2.5 280 imo

I’ll be surprised if he is 6’3. I just hope he clears 6’2 at this point. I’m sure he has dropped weight in preparation but I still would not run 40 if I were him unless he knows he will run sub 4.7.

My guess is 6’2 260.
This is what I want to see also.. I hope he is 6'2 and some change because the talk will get crazy, these NFL guys will be ready to pounce..

Bruce Smith was 6'4" at 270 pounds. You can be a big edge, but you have to be special IMO. White and Smith are special, and both, like Bain, have grown-man strength. I expect him to do well in the NFL.

Take measurable and use them as toilet paper when it comes to Bain. Detractors have been using this against him since he was knee high, never worked then, won’t work in the league.

The discussion will be much like Mason Graham last year. If you put the tape on...hes just a dawg, its obvious.

But he may not look like the athlete of the day. His belly might be a lil big. His arms might be a little too short...but, baby hes bad and he knows hes bad.

If I were Bain, I wouldnt even test much...wouldnt give them a 40 or a 3-Cone. Give them the bench, some positional drills...look like a leader out there and focus on the team interviews.
