What’s the story with this and what position does the kid play?

OLB/DE, his dad knows a lot of people and it was put on here that he said 100% Campbell going to UGA and everyone flipped out. Someone said he was a bagman, and all kinda crap. He is also a teacher/tutor and helps kids get into school. He got Mark Pope's grades up, he got Dionte Mullens grades up, I think CJ Henderson also(yeah yeah I know). Plus Miami's recruitment of DCW was a debacle kept telling him he was going to get an offer, went to camps and they were always in his ear, and all this and that and then was told he needed to grown an inch to get an offer.
