Baby Jesus

He's having the best TF season we've seen at WR since Ahmmon.

It's Santana Moss-esque the way he separates & accelerates with his footwork.

Idk if DC's aren't watching film, or just overlooking him, but the way they're covering him is insane.

Coinflip between he & Daniels for the best player on Offense, but he's been an explosive gamebreaking catalyst that fits perfect in this system.

Slot WR's should be lining up to play in the Offense.

Not only all that, but what has surprised me about MT is his speed. I had always thought he was a 4.55 kind of nice speed but not a “pull away from defenders” type of speed. But man, he is sneaky fast on that field - pulled away from everyone on 3 separate plays!

His shiftiness is what separates him.

He can change gears at full speed while cutting & changing direction without losing any momentum.

Which is why I don't get why DC's are covering him the way that they are, they basically let him run free into the top of his stems before they even set a defender on him. By the time a DB even recognizes the ball is going to him its already too late.

Moss has been my comp for him. Not that I know anything. Just who he plays like to me.

The kid has very little wasted movement and you’re right, he quickly accelerates in and out of cuts. Very smooth.

I was wrong about Mesidor. He's a diffrent player this year. Bloud would still be producing if he had his playing time as well though
You and many others forgot how good he is because he’s not injured, he’s playing at his natural position and not trying to be a pseudo DT, and because of that he’s probably a good 15 lbs lighter.

He may not be a top draft pick but he’s an excellent college edge rusher who should get a chance in the NFL assuming he stays healthy and tests well.

Blount will have his days over the next two years. Lightfoot, Lowe, Pickett on the otherside. If Lightfoot and Pickett add 10-15 more over the next year, my goodness can you imagine the nascar package with those four?

Yo man let’s keep this on the downlow!

This kid is 5-10 185, and should be a SR in high school yet he is out there stiff arming 6-2 230 pound, 5th year SR linebackers.

All the recent Derrick Cooper rhetoric was said about Mali.

Exactly; which y I asked the board when he re-committed was he good again or nah? Lol.

I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical of the off season reports, but I haven’t been this excited for a freshman receiver since Ahmon. Bro is a game changer & brings a veteran leadership at such a young age. Even his celebrations aren’t over the top; just goes about his business like he’s been here b4.

After the ND game I was done with being critical of MC on who he chooses to go all in on high school or transfers.

Malachi was worth the pursuit.

Fletcher’s recruitment took some convincing to flip from Ohio State.

We’ve seen what Mateer has been at OU… MC went all in trying to land him. And I see why… our offense would have been unreal with him.

Add Cam, Xavier Lucas, to the mix he definitely knows who’s worth the headache and who’s not because we’ve seen him move on quickly from a lot of kids with no turning back.

I’ll save my angst for his end of game clock management, lol…but I’m leaving dude alone on the recruiting tip. He got it.

I feel exactly the same. They both have that electric factor that you just can't wait to see what they'll do with the ball in their hands.

Agreed; however, just for consistency purposes…PAUSE. Lol
