2026 Ayden Pouncey 4* CB from Winter Park

I talked with his brother last week and it didn't sound very good for the good guys. When I see Jordan I'll see where we really stand. I didnt post my last convo with Jordan because Jordan body langue wasn't there. He pretty much said it was SEC for them. I text a few people about that convo. For those wondering hes currently 6'2 and 210 pounds running 4.5. Jordan is about 6'4 or 6'5 and looks like a dam tight end. Chit Jordan is still young and if he maybe would consider a position switch he could maybe make a roster.

yeah I got a few connects in orlando. My boy is a coach over at Edgewater but nobody we looking at this year, I saw him Saturday some stay in touch. Got a guy I play pool with thats Known Coleman since he was a real young one. Says hes always been the best player on the field end of start. Me and him both agree if we dont get Myles we screwed up, him so more then me. I won't share this guys name but hes got 4 young boys and they will all end up being stars. If they end up being good enough they will be canes. Hes all Canes and my guy is a bad *** pool player. BY the way Im currently a 4 in 8 ball and 5 in 9 and not trying to move up. lol . TOC come hang out with me one night and let's grab some wings. We can talk shop.

Lol. I was gonna say the same thing. I’ve been connected to Edgewater for the last 7 years and, less now that Duke is gone, but definitely got an eye on a couple of guys there.

I cannot stress more than I already have… this kid will be just like his brothers, Jordan and Ethan. They’re related to the Pouncey twins and one of them have tried to steer the gators away through VB. Miami spending money on this kid would be a waste.

Im not trying to be a prick but do you know Jeff and Thomas? You Know Jordan Pouncey ? You know the Harris family. I know what I know about Ayden. I thought he was a done deal and had no interest in us. As of now sounds like maybe we back in it. When I talk to Jordan we well see. kid is 16 and hes a big boy for a db. maybe coaches have changed there mind set.

Look, @Maskoff407 may know about Edgewater, and I'm not gonna fight over that (even though I'm a Lake Brantley guy who would have gone to Edgewater if I lived a few hundred yards farther down 434), but I **** sure know that @24/7canes knows the Pouncey family and sees them all the time. He has shared info with me during more than one Pouncey recruiting saga, and he hasn't been wrong EVER.
Trust me, go out in Orlando with @24/7canes , he knows everyone. Recruiting info may change on a day-to-day business, so very few people are completely up-to-the-minute on every detail, so you have to look at someone's "body of work".

I don’t doubt @24/7canes knows the Pouncey family. Probably really well. That’s wassup. Cause I know I don’t know them at all. Lol. I just know Orlando football and specifically Edgewater. For years I’ve been on here talking about Edgewater football, from Buck Watkins (c/o 2016) to Jaden Wilkerson (c/o 2025). When I was told Manny Diaz offered Deshawn Troutman, I was like nooooo. What is Diaz doing???? but now that Duke is gone, I’m not as close.
But as far as Pouncey goes, I’m just not sold. It what is. I don’t make decisions for Miami so my opinion really doesn’t matter though. Many people will tell you he’s athletic, but in college, he’ll end up being just like his brothers. Jordan gave Miami a look, but Ethan was all about UF. Ultimately they both ended up at Florida and Neither of them could get on field at all. Maybe, just maybe Ayden has that dog in him to play college ball… but as of now, I would stay away. Again, I don’t make any decisions for Miami so it really doesn’t matter.

Not a problem, I have respect for both you and @24/7canes .
And from what he tells me, I don't think Miami will have to worry about signing Pouncey.

@Maskoff407 has shot str8 on edgewater prospects for years. Hes saying kid is a tad overrated i remember him saying the same on the brothers
Im not going to fight or argue about this. Just going to tell you that Jordan told me straight up at this stage in there careers hes the best of the 3 brothers. This Nd prediction is also probably dead on. I talked to Jordan about 3 weeks before they came to pool party and when I asked about our chances he juts simply gave me the shrug of the shoulder and said ND, Miami and SEC teams were only ones in it. But ND was first out his mouth with one of those looks. Me personally I wish he Became a Cane because I would 100% have way better info . lol . I still got my coach at Edgewater but his *** went and got married so I dont see him all that much. fck.

Most of the board I don't think ever considered landing a Pouncey seriously. Luckily, safety is pretty deep nationally so we will be fine if we can land Stewart, Redding.
