Away Game Tickets through Miami

I purchased tickets for the Temple game and was curious as to where they were located. I opened the Hurricane app and it said error. I found the confirmation email saying away tickets would be mailed USPS priority in August but never got them. Did anyone else receive their away tickets for games? Im calling when they open.

Ticket office just sent an email with instructions on how to access the Temple tickets electronically. Tickets should be sent later today.

I purchased my tickets directly from Temple and am sitting in Section 101 at the 50 yard line behind the visitor's bench. I went to the Rutgers vs Temple game in Philly last year sitting in the RU section, but I was sitting in Section 120 behind the Rutgers team bench. I believe Temple flipped the benches this year based on the seating chart.
