I have seen scooter, moped and mini-motorcycle. Is there a difference? Lol

My only question about all this, why did he take off?

Perfect, we need them for organ donation when they crash there heads are mushy but heart lungs and other organs a still warm and ready to donate.

Every time I see motorcyclist with no helmet on , there goes a possible organ donation speeding by.

You gotta have guts to be an organ donor...
 
So. Looks like AL law requires helmet and special license for whatever he was riding. Hopefully that was reason he took off. Can't imagine fines would be too much.
