ATTN: BOT

We would be 4-0 if Butch were the coach. Golden can kiss my ***

And you think because why?
Butch started 4-0 once in his 6 years at Miami BTW

You seem to forget Butch put together the best team ever in CFB. Also your forgetting the fact that he also did under with the scholarship reductions.

No doubt, Butch was great, my point was Butch would not be 4-0 this year.
Added the fact that he only was 4-0 once in 6 years as well.
the 1 4-0 start ended week 5.

He didnt start out 4-0 in 2000 with the greatest team ever
Coker did in 2001

You're right - he'd be 6-0 while playing only four games.

He's that good.

You weren't there.

You don't remember.

Some of us DO.

Butch Davis.

I would even personally apologize to him for the phone call I made to him in Cleveland where I called him a traitor for leaving. I later learned he let it be known to recruits that they should still go to the U and win a few national championships.

We might be 4-0 if Butch was coach. All we need was a modicum of defense against Louisville and Nebraska to beat them.

You might be the stupidest man in the world.

please tell me how Butch would have us at 4-0
when his teams couldnt do it?

I would be excited to have him, never wanted him to leave but only an IDIOT (not saying you are are are not) would think he would come in and be 4-0 with a true freshman qb.
since Butch could only do it 17% of the time at Miami and could not do it with a Soph Dorsey

But you just said that he's gone 4-0 once. He's also made significant improvements while under some of the loftiest sanctions in college football. His last year at Miami resulted in getting snubbed for the national title game and beating the ever loving **** out of the Gators that year in the Sugar Bowl.
