Unfortunately it seems the staff isn't a fan of playing the most talented players and putting them in a position to do damage.

Doesn't matter if we recruit and sign highly-rated players if they don't see the field.

Hopefully Lingard doesn't fly the coop, because I'd really like to see what he can do with a Miami jersey on.

the ball has to be near them for a catch... Definitely not getting that from kosi and his 40% completitions. and Jarren won't take the risk so it'll be right on them or missed.

the Jeff Thomas who is the only one I saw make spectacular catches. The post is about who can make those type catches, not about who drops the ball. Wiggins, Harley, Pope haven’t shown any ability to go up and make a catch.

Agreed. Watching those catches made it quite clear the difference our QBs had to work with vs. QBs on those teams. They could trust their reciever to make the catch. A number of our interceptions this year came of similar throws except our receivers don't position themselves well or gight gor the ball. Guarantee some of those tight throws to Jefferson would have been intercepted outright or tipped up for interceptions.

Payton is going to be big time next year he’ll become our #1 WR unless we get a transfer
 
Tight coverage you need tight throws. We have nothing tight anymore not even our **** after FIU, Duke and LaT.

Last athletic catch we had was 2017 Cager against ND on 4th down and Jeff Thomas 1 handed against LSU 2018. We lack excitement in the WR room. I know Pope has been underutilized but **** you’d think he would flash at some point.
