*** the bullsh1t, pluck a P5 AD that has had success and get Mario(elite recruiter) or Lane(elite offensive play caller which is what is needed in today's game) and let's ride. No Highsmith as AD, No Gino as AD, and No Dorsey as HC. Get guys that are proven at the AD and Head coaching position.

Act like a freaking respectable program. Act like you belong in the room with Bama, OU, Ohio State, and Clemson.

Agreed 100%. I respect the **** out of these guys but it’s too much. Everyone wants to win. We either hire a capable coach or we hire a puppet and let all these guys give their input which would be a ******* disaster.
