Get a competent AD and Coach and let them work. Tired of Reeds cryptic tweets, Joaquin's opinions, Melvin's criteria for new staff. *** the bullsh1t, pluck a P5 AD that has had success and get Mario(elite recruiter) or Lane(elite offensive play caller which is what is needed in today's game) and let's ride. No Highsmith as AD, No Gino as AD, and No Dorsey as HC. Get guys that are proven at the AD and Head coaching position.

Act like a freaking respectable program. Act like you belong in the room with Bama, OU, Ohio State, and Clemson.
