The thing we are missing the most now is players with athletic arrogance, not necessarily specs (speed, size etc). It's not confidence which can come and go with your play, but more of a almost irrationational level of confidence that you can't even fathom losing a rep and if you did it was a fluke. Right now James Williams, LT56, 2, Kitchens and maybe a few more are all we have on D with it. We won't be top notch until most of our D has it and a couple on O. It's the reason Ivey gives up so many plays, he just wants to be in position and around the play and not to truly dominate (make a play on the ball).
