At what point is Alabama vs Clemson bad for CFB?

Heard this before and I really don't think it's so much about Bama-Clemson as it is about Bama. Everyone is tired of seeing the same team win. I really don't see anyone other than Clemson in this game making much of a difference.

As for rematches, anything after the second one gets real boring real quick.

In fairness though, that Clemson victory over Bama is still one of the best CFB games I've ever seen.

It’s like saying the warriors are ruining the nba. It’s not true. They are ruining comp sure but the nba is at all time high. As CFB fans we’ve clamored for a system to replace the BCS. We have a playoff now and the sport is thriving. Bama and Clemson are killing the comp RN. But the bottom line is thriving. So no.

Ask yourself would u rather have the 2003 OU vs USC fiasco happening every other year or this..it’s our jobs to catch up

99% of y’all are gonna be glued to the TV. The venue this year does suck tho. That’s why tickets sells are way down

Bama is, unfortunately, a dynasty. Take a look around at other dynasties, some of which have been mentioned in this thread, and you can say the same thing. As a Dolphins fan, I am so ******* sick of the New England Patriots.

But when it's a team that I don't really mind, it's not so bad. I enjoyed watching the Chicago Bulls of the 1990s, knowing full well they were going to win it all. The Bulls would have won 8 titles in a row had Jordan not left the NBA for a year and change. Now, if I had hated the Bulls? It'd be similar to how we feel about Bama or the Patriots right now.

I'll watch tonight and I will root for my bet on Clemson +5.5. Other than that, I couldn't care less.

I think the difference is that while Michae probably got calls, Phil Jackson wasn’t getting the first pick in the draft each year to go along with Jordan and Piper.

Its different because Miami was like a WWE heel. Ironically, The Rock was probably the closest analogue. He was a ****y charismatic loudmouth, and fans would go crazy when the babyface took him down.

Alabama is like the WWE announcing that Roman Reigns is the predetermined winner before each match. No charisma, no one likes him, and there is no reason to watch since you know who will win. They suck the fun out of the game.
It’s not predetermined. They just go out and play.

Again, the whining from our fan base is sad.

It's predetermined because the NCAA lets Bama pay recruits. You think this is fanbase whining? How about other D1 coaches who also say Bama cheats?

https://www.usatoday.com/story/spor...-saban-is-the-most-overrated-coach/111247532/

"In a recent "Candid Coaches" installment from CBS Sports, one coach voted for Saban as the sport's most overrated coach. He also threw accusations of cheating at the Alabama coach.

Via CBS Sports:

"If you had the No. 1 recruiting class in the country every year [you'd win like Nick Saban]. He shows up at every single game with a better roster than the teams he 's playing. … If you count cheating and getting the best players in the country as part of running a program, he's the best in the country. It's like saying an NFL coach is the best coach in the league if he gets 25 first-round picks every year."

That's what's wrong people whine about things like this.quit complaining accept the challenge and do something about it.

Okay, I’ll admit it. I did start watching just before halftime. I couldn’t resist the opportunity to see the “best team ever” get run out of the stadium in a title game. Lol.
