Massively overrated. Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe I was doing something wrong. None of this bothered me in the slightest, but I was just so surprised by it.
- I've never seen more people at a sporting event having trouble finding their sections (particularly club section).
- Took escalators to the upper level to help someone get to their seats, and couldn't find an escalator going down. Had to wait in a huge line for the elevator. The stadium has like 18 levels and each elevator floor level were named things like 'PH', 'FH', 'TR'.
- Concessions (at least in the club section) were awful. Food quality, options, and efficiency in serving fans was horrible. Concession workers were very friendly and overly apologetic though.
- Club level all-around was extremely dull and bare bones. Didn't bother me, but was shocked to see it.
- Giant video screens but I had to squint to see things like down and distance, 'ball on'. They didn't display game stats often enough either.
Hard Rock Stadium > and it's not even close.
Anyone else have a similar experience?
