Massively overrated. Maybe my expectations were too high or maybe I was doing something wrong. None of this bothered me in the slightest, but I was just so surprised by it.

- I've never seen more people at a sporting event having trouble finding their sections (particularly club section).
- Took escalators to the upper level to help someone get to their seats, and couldn't find an escalator going down. Had to wait in a huge line for the elevator. The stadium has like 18 levels and each elevator floor level were named things like 'PH', 'FH', 'TR'.
- Concessions (at least in the club section) were awful. Food quality, options, and efficiency in serving fans was horrible. Concession workers were very friendly and overly apologetic though.
- Club level all-around was extremely dull and bare bones. Didn't bother me, but was shocked to see it.
- Giant video screens but I had to squint to see things like down and distance, 'ball on'. They didn't display game stats often enough either.

Hard Rock Stadium > and it's not even close.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

The in seat view and concourse was nice, but **** was it a maze. Tried to go celebrate by the band and sideline like I normally do but I couldn’t get there. Had to go up a down different levels then the gated off access at the end.

Probably because most people came from out of town and it was their first time there

I haven’t gone to AT&T a ton because I don’t watch the NFL. Went for the LSU game in ‘18, a rodeo event, the recent Stone Cold WrestleMania, and then this past week.

But I do go to Globe Life right next door a bunch since I like baseball.
Globe Life is way better from a fan experience.

The section labeling is awkward.

We were in club 208. But the section numbering went from like 201-205. We figured we had to keep going that way, but you didn’t know if it deadened at 205 in terms of access. And then the club entry took forever because lots of people were confused and so the security ticket dudes were walking them through where to go.

Whole thing would have made more since if it said something like, “201-212” rather than randomly stopping at 205.

There was stuff like that throughout the stadium.

💯 agree. The Miami pep rally was at the East entrance and there was mass confusion on how to get to west side seats. The facility managers had no staff directing (which they should have anticipated) and signage was either lacking in clarity or non existent. We ended up like others bc of the wait at the elevators walking up four stories of stairs to get to 400 level which is the only concourse in the building that wraps all the way around. We saw many elderly or out of shape folks huffing and puffing up the stairs. The escalators up were on the south side (no signage) and the down on the north side, just asinine.

Concessions were as over priced as it gets. $28 for a burger. $10 for a soda.

The place is huge and not very well laid out. It’s difficult to navigate around. It’s like big maze.

Very few replays on the Jumbotron.

Then we got chased out of the lower section after the game because they wanted to clean it. This was during the trophy presentation. Fortunately we figured out how to get down to field level. When I was down there I was standing on a seat to get a better view. I knew someone would say something but I didn’t care. Sure enough, this fat dude comes up to me and says “get off my seats”. I looked at him and said, “ my bad, but these are Jerry’s seats not yours”. He was ****ed lol.

I thought it was fine and my wife thought the stadium was amazing 🤷‍♂️

I did wish the jumbotron showed more game information/replays. Agree there.

I didn’t have any issue with finding out way around. Maybe I just drunkenly stumbled into all of the escalators though 🤣

I was surprised at how nice Globe Life was inside. It looks like a giant Lowes Hardware from the outside, so I was skeptical. But inside was a great fan experience. Plus the concourses are massive and everything was super convenient

AT&T Stadium is a microcosm of the Cowboys - expensive and flashy looking, but lack of attention to detail and a mess internally and logistically

The place sucks. Overpriced and overhyped. And sounds like the game is being played in a big warehouse on tv..

These “corporate” stadiums just give off that corporate atmosphere. No comparison to the week prior at Kyle Field.

My wife and I spent $246 on beer at the stadium including tipping 20% each time.

NGL... didn't look at the price at the time but ya it appears it was pretty expensive.

It was beyond ridiculous that they didn’t have a way to walk from the west entrance to the east entrance before the stadium doors open.

Then to have the middle of the 200 level blocked off forcing people to have to climb to the 400 level to get around was absurd. They could have easily roped off a walking path on the 200 level.

I was in the 200 section, Miami end zone and we were pushed out of our seats right when the trophy ceremony ended.

Biggest complaint was every worker onsite that i asked a question to, didn’t know the answer or didn’t even respond. Super weird. Mind you I’m walking around with 3 kids under 10.
