AT and T loses ESPN?

Not free, but you can opt to stream ESPN+ for 10.99 a month. When Att/Disney settle you can then cancel your subscription.
I still have U-Verse (ATT retiree, so I get a big discount) and that is going to be my plan.

Having ESPN + does no help at all watching ESPN, ESPN2 & ESPNU as it is connected to your cable/satellite tv log in

I know a pretty solid streaming site...can post here if it doesn't violate any rules. Solid for watching sports

It does appear ESPN+ has the Canes game this weekend though. If I saw it correctly.
If you hit play, you’ll probably get a message about the dispute. That’s what happened last week when I tried to watch any of the games.

I started something on ESPN+ last night just to test and it worked. Think it was a college volleyball game. Hopefully there is something to test tomorrow night.

That makes sense. In the ESPN app, I see the Pat McAffee Show listed twice. One is Watch on ESPN+ and the other is Watch on ESPN2. If I select ESPN+ it plays, but with ESPN2, I get the popup message.

Last year at this exact same time, Spectrum lost ESPN and the rest of the channels owned by Disney. They came to an agreement a couple of hours before the first NFL Monday Night Football game. Same for YouTube TV in 2021. It's going to be the same thing with every provider going forward once their contracts with Disney end, especially Disney trying to launch an ESPN direct-to-consumer offering next year, and with FuboTV suing Disney and winning a temporary injunction to block the Venu joint venture.

DirecTV execs are saying almost the exact same things Spectrum execs were saying a year ago. Pretty good chance the channels will be back before the Jets-49ers game next Monday, but if they aren't back by then, it's probably going to be a while.

You can share yttv with for others in the same state.

For now

Unless they changed it

I'm kinda living the snowbird life these last few years between Maryland and Florida and I know after 3 months in Florida YouTube TV harasses me over using its service for this period of time when I have a Maryland address. At this point I will get a FuBu account for next 30 days (free) before I return to Maryland.

100%, I switched from fubo to YouTube TV and finding anything on YouTube TV is a pain in the ***.
Fubo is great but for like 50% more a month I couldn’t justify it when they added the regional sports fee. Especially when they don’t have turner networks for basketball so I had to login to the TNT app to watch the national NBA games.

What does that mean? I'll be 78 in December and I switched to Youtube TV + Sunday Ticket package for this season. 80 is the new 60!!

You would be surprised how hard it is for some folks over certain age to accept one can get all of their TV needs via internet streaming. Been trying to help my Mom to even access PlutoTV on her
phone has been an adventure...lol....they miss their cable TV!
