There is no best part about terminating anyone, though it appears you get a ****ish high out of it. Terminating anyone shows more of a weakness in hiring than a weakness in the employee (because 9 times out of 10, they shouldn’t have had the job in the first place. Firing always made me ask the question: “what did I miss?”
