I agree, but his attitude and the way he approaches the game is up Manny's alley.
Idk it’s different for me because my brother played for him and I personally saw his offensive holding the team back because of questionable calls at the worst times. But to his credit they never had the talent we have and he got lots of production out of his guys.

I’ve seen enough of Fedora personally but I’d support if he was the guy.

the most successful programs (pro/college anything) are ones that put the proper system in place and then add pieces that fit. What these kids think right now is irrelevant. And maybe we shouldn't be recruiting the same personalities? It doesn't seem to be working.

Not saying you don't have a point, but the kids are not in charge.

Well I dont think Diaz cared for him and the job he did if he was seemingly the first dude who got the axe to start the day and was able to pen up that goodbye note.

But I agree with you that making big choices like HC/OC/DC based on current teams preferences is bad... but S&C? thats about respect and your implementation of your knowledge and being able to get the most out of the kids

Exactly - dont get it twisted. We dont need friends we need results!

Now when Manny says X gives us the best chancw to win you dont have to second guess it like we did under Coach Richt

Well if he keeps Panda as his DC that goes out the window

And who recruited the #1 TE from Las Vegas and the #7 TE from the grasps of Michigan? Any old TE coach couldn't pull that off. Post less.

If getting Fedora means cutting Hartley loose than so be it. Manny has a plan, I'm sure he didn't just do this on a whim.

Doesn't exactly seem upset about Dugans....

Said multiple times.. Dugans relationship with Cager rubbed several young receivers the wrong way including Ezzard and Pope. We just got rid of a cancer (Cager) and the loss of Dugans is irrelevant to me. Anyone can recruit WR in south Florida except Al Golden’s staff...and what have they done on the field to warrant his pay and title? Drops, missed blocks, running wrong routes, body language, etc

We currently have the same amount of OCs on our staff that we’ve had the last three years. Zero. I’m good with that. Beats the heck out of paying three people for no results.

Correct. Larry Coker won a title but the right hire could have had a run like Saban at Bama.
