How good of a program would someone have to build? How deep would the talent have to be stockpiled? How solid would all aspects of a football program from Xs and Os to strength and conditioning to relationships with alumni, donors, high school coaches etc. How strong would a football program from top to bottom have to be that this guy...
Could take over and win a national championship his first year and play (and fug up) winning another the second year?
And of all those factors, how good of a job would someone have had to done when they start their tenure on probation and down 31 scholarships?
