I trained for Olympic style lifting and was a national level one (in Canada) form is awful and its likely actually closer 275-290,BUT who cares, he's doing explosive lifts and he's moving it easy.Doubt he did 360 without massive form issues. This 260-280 had him starfish and bend his back VS getting under the weight and front squat it to standing.
