As much as we hate Richt

Hey Canemang, for your information it's ALL ON RICHT. He recruited most of these players and he is the head coach. It's his job to make sure penalties are limited, discipline n poise is maintained, and players execute. If that doesn't happen IT'S ALL ON THE HEAD COACH!

Yea sure, you must be a millennial, never take accountability. Are you saying Richt should never recruit players that fumble, hold or overrun plays?

At some point, the players have to man up and say they fvcked up

Ummm, that's also on coaches. They are the very definition of a poorly coached football team. WELL coached teams don't make these mistakes, over and over.

it's not on corch tonight. Our team sucks 6 false start penalties.. Lmao we got out coached and out played period.

I agree this team is poorly coached, but some of this **** is on the players

I have been a huge Richt supporter for over a decade because he was a former player. The discipline falls on Richt and his coaches. We need a new QB coach, OL coach, ST coach and an OC.

Bro... When there are this many mistakes across the board, you blame the coaches. Lack of institutional control. Plain and simple.
 
Nah..lack of leadership on O. Player to player accountability. If team discipline was a problem the 1st 2 years some would have a argument...it’s gotta mean more to you. To not make the mistakes guys are making tonight

It's your boss's fault when you are late to work, because he hired you, right?
 
This is just a group of bad football players at this point. Especially on the offensive side of the ball. Most notably upfront. Arguably your 2 best players on O made the 2 difference making mistakes
 
This team has no heart to win, that’s evident in tonight’s performance. Certainly that falls on the coaches to an extent, but the constant social media bombardment directed at individual players and families by fans can’t be ignored. Players have brought it up in pressers.

The whole situation is now toxic.

Nah. When there's so many consistent mistakes by players and lack of execution on so many players that falls on the coaches. Players can be traumatized into not committing mental mistakes.

If you hire one employee who is constantly late that is on the employee. If you consistently hire employees who are late that comes down to poor evaluation on the hiring managers end/poor vetting of potential employees.

What does "at some point" mean to you. Like after a bad game? Or maybe after 6-7 straight bad games?

Poor play consistently, as in tons of penalties, fumbles, poor blocking and tackling....that falls on development, coaching and reps, otherwise you are saying all of these "stars" in high school really had no potential coming to UM.

Millennial thought process at its finest. Let’s blame everyone except yourself

Dallas with three fumbles is the coaches fault? Players in position to make plays but fail to is the coaches fault? Dropped passes is the coaches fault?
