Fair points all around.
Regardless, at the end of the day, they are an ACC team, playing against putrid competition every weekend...so it wouldn't surprise me one bit if we beat them if...if...if our players show up in the proper mindset and our coaches don't get in the way.

Do I expect UIM to win? No because we aren’t a well coached team.
Do I expect UM to be blow on out? No because we are a talented offensive team with a good QB, and a defense that can be OK when tackling well.
I made the same comments before the UNC and NCSU games and I’ll stick by them.

Love the fact that guys like DJ Ivey and Gurvan Small have been exiled and are hopefully locked up in Guantanamo, but our secondary is still flaming hot garbage.

If Pickett is half-decent with his accuracy and that NCST receiver who drops everything didn't magically transfer to Pitt this week, then we're getting sliced and diced all game long and there's not a **** thing we can do about it.

I wish I knew manny was gone so I really could root for my canes. God only knows if we pull off an upset the slurpers will be slurping and manny could be still be here.

Its already down to 9.5....Vegas concurs with my thoughts already
 
Severe lack of a past rush vs the last few times we played the pits will be a major factor. I don't see a 14 point spread covered. Hope I'm wrong.

-3 turnover ratio and giving up over 500 yards (and still somehow only a 3 point loss)
 
We're finding ourselves and could be dangerous if we start putting it together... That said Pitt has been coached well the last several seasons and they have an experienced QB at home. They should beat us on superior coaching over the course of the game.
