As disappointing as the season has been

On the road in the cold north. Are skill players can win us the game. But Diaz not getting these kids ready. Reality comes crashing down

there is no way Pitt should be an 11 point favorite this weekend...I almost never bet on my favorite teams but this weekend will be an easy cover. Game will be within 7. Take the points

Pitt was a four-win team in 2017, Miami rolled in 10-0 and two weeks of a 41-8 home pasting of #3 Notre Dame—and wouldn't you know it, the Panthers beat the Canes by 10.

Not going to touch it, but Pickett is an experienced quarterback, this is a monster game for the Panthers and this is one of their better teams in recent memory. The Canes have also shown up soft against physically tougher teams (while literally struggling in sub 70's temps.)

Way too early to call is, but if Pitt can get somewhere in the range of 31 points, they'll cover—as it seems very plausible Miami won't score more than 20. We'll se, though.

Why shouldn't Pitt be favored by 10 or 11?

Would YOU trust a Diaz Defense to cover? I wouldn't, especially now that one of our best open-field tacklers is out for the season.

Pitt's offense is going to feast. Don't mean to be a mope, but I can see Pitt going into the half with a 10 point lead.

I just do not trust this Staph to build on success.

I don’t know how they lost to W Mich but all other games are about 10+ point wins. Seems reasonable, even though Miami wins this Sat.

Is is going to be an interesting game cause it should be rainy that day and neither team can run the ball very well.

Maybe I’m missing something but Pitt defense is not good.

Their offense is one dimensional and I like our DB’s over their WR’s.

I honestly think we’ll win by 2 scores. We match up well with them.
Really? their one dimension matches up well as we have no pass rush and when we blitz there are guys wiiiiiiiiiide open for huge plays if they can catch..

I’ll take us as the spoiler that they were to us that year. Young QB getting started. At least that’s how I hope it goes lol.

OP take your mope BS the F outta here!!

This season is going great! Manny loses when he wins (bad time outs ameba tier awareness), Blake publicly shamed and trying to bury Manolo pregame with a no confidence interview, and most importantly CiS meme game is on point and only getting better coming into the heart of ACC play.

Buck up OP the future is bright and our jokes keep getting better.

Pitt has been horrific against his defenses

All of you predicting Pitt wins by more than 11…..
What did you predict about UNC and NCSU? if you have some guts admit that you expected blowouts in those games. Otherwise you are nothing but the boy who cried wolf hoping that sooner or later you will be able to come back triumphant on a Sunday with a boring, typically, ‘I told you UM would lose by ______’.
Its the same old drivel.

Do I expect UIM to win? No because we aren’t a well coached team.
Do I expect UM to be blow on out? No because we are a talented offensive team with a good QB, and a defense that can be OK when tackling well.
I made the same comments before the UNC and NCSU games and I’ll stick by them.

What did you predict before those games? Be honest.
