As a proud and loyal BYU fan, I stand with Miami regarding the lawsuit thrown against the Canes by those idiotic muppets over in Wisconsin.

Friendly reminder that BYU also beat those muppets from Wisky back in March.

Miami did nothing wrong. Wisconsin is just looking for attention. This will quickly be a thought of the past.
2nd porst and already using "muppets".

I lived in Utah almost 20 years now. Byu fans aren't bad its the Utah fans that are insufferable.
The few BYU fans I know are great (I don’t know any Utah fans, so can’t comment there).

One of my BYU friends and I enjoy sharing college nightlife stories with each other, because they are so wildly different. It’s pretty hilarious what constitutes a rockin’ night out in Provo.

Utah fans act like football was invented in 2004.

This same group of Mormon kids on their mission keeps coming to my house to ask if we want to learn about Jesus. (I find it odd that they would send these poor kids to the Atlanta area - we have churches on every other block here!)

My husband, being the nice guy he is, let them do their thing the first time, and was very (hint -TOO) patient. Listened to their pitch, took the literature and said he would read it - which he did, not because he was interested in converting, mind you, but because he’s just interested in learning new things and he didn’t know anything about the subject. He then was so fascinated by what he learned, he did additional research.

But bless his heart, he gave these kids a whole lot of false hope.

Next time they came, they were so excited to see if he read the information. And he very clearly but sternly, in his very best dad voice, told them exactly what he thought of Joseph Smith and his religion and where it deserved to go. And then he shut the door.

I, of course, laughed and told him that wasn’t very Christian of him. He told me he didn’t give a ****. 🤣

But these boys are not swayed and come back every few weeks to hear it again, and I’m not quite sure why. You think they’d take us off their list. They are **** persistent, and still smiling, although now my husband just yells at them that he loves Jesus and slams the door.

My son gets scared and runs away every time he sees them in the front porch.

Sounds like the Jehovah’s Witness kids in pressed shirts and ties that show up at our door occasionally. I try my best to be kind but usually just tell them thanks but no thanks.

We used to have them in Florida. My husband did the same thing with them (this was before we were married).

They came back one day while I was the only one home, and well, let’s just say we never saw them again.
