As a HC when your team isn’t good in your specialty area what good are you?

In my opinion this Miami team has top 5 trench talent on both sides of the ball. But the talent especially on the OL is coached terribly. Poor run blocking scheme and poor discipline.

I’ve been around long enough to know how under-coached player talent looks and to recognize a head coach who is over his skis. Cristobal has reached his ceiling at Miami. It’s time to move on.
