Not sure what you're talking about, Golden has repeatedly talked about the importance of the Tampa area and signed quite a few.

Crawford was a steal at plant, but I get the feeling that the Plant staff still has bad feelings over the Marve issue. I agree AG & Staff have pulled some gems out of the Tampa area, some by default even.

But back to Beck I think he can bring that Eddie Johnson style of play without the distractions, since he comes from a military family.

Also having a few current players on the team who are from military families I think will help also with recruiting Beck.
