That is a tough call. Maybe more than anyone ever, Kehoe is Miami football.
As a position coach his history is that he attracts a certain type of player and he seems to love a project. In my opinion, he often gets very high production out of guys and I like his "versatility" approach (training OL at multiple positions), but not everyone shares that view. There is little doubt that he has a pretty distinguished track record, but I don't particularly laud him as a recruiter (again, I think he resonates with certain guys; he is not a general rock star recruiter) and there certainly have been bumps in the road allegedly caused by his view of his role on the staff, although that does not seem to be an issue since Golden brought him back.
