And he played a lot of safety this year. I love that model of playing kids down a level. Worked for Jimmy Johnson on his way to the hall of fame. Kid should be very comfortable in coverage from his LB spot.

ND not in his list— yet he agrees to in home visit on eve of his supposed announcement-
This tells me that ND strategy is chase same talent we chase, but when they’re not making the cut— swoop in and drop massive bags and blow away the competition….
That’s the only way we’re losing all these head to heads with them!
It’s gotta be $$$!
At some point they’ve gotta have a limit bc it’s sustainable even for ND to be buying this many recruits—
How do they pay them all? Plus portal NIL? Plus next years recruiting class— how do you carry that much in salary?

This was nothing more than ND trying to get him to delay his decision. Randle’s agent is Olu Olu’s agent so the relationship is there but it was a last second full court heave and it didn’t land.

The narrative that other schools are copying our board is silly and needs to stop lol. It’s just as silly when other schools like SC and Oregon and many more say it about us. We are a top program as is ND and we all are after the same talent. There is no conspiracy. This was just ND with a last second shot trying to acquire an elite talent.
