Pittman's press conference when he got the job at Arkansas was awesome. Worth a watch. You could tell how much the opportunity meant to him. We need our next HC to have the same sentiment.

Pittman isn't coming. Jerry will make sure he has everything he needs. Plus, the expectations there aren't nearly as crazy.

If Mario doesn't come, go after Chris Petersen. If that doesn't work, then you reach out to Bill Clark or someone like Kellen Moore if you have to go the assistant route.

Record isn't everything. Guys who get rebuilds going have far worse records than guys that happen to luck into a job. Pittman has a worse record than Diaz, what's your point? The eyeball test isn't lying. Even when Arky was losing last year, you could see that that were playing hard, they were playing physical and they didn't beat themselves. That means they are well coached. That means that if he can get talent in there, he will get the most out of them.

Diaz on the other hand, his teams underachieve, they play soft and they are never where they are supposed to be.
