Beat the brakes off us with an elite defense? Yea right. Do yall even watch our games who has beat the brakes off us besides LSU? What formula did your boy Butch Davis use when Lane Kiffin put half a hundred on him?? Must have been baby formula. 49-14 is what I call getting the brakes beat off ya!!

They just put 38 points up on another "elite" defense.

Methinks you don't really watch cfb other than Miami games. And Butch Davis the football God games of course. That's required watching for all football fans.

Utah’s defense is not as good as Miami’s defense and that is a fact!

They havent beat themselves in any games they have lost this season and have continued to improve every game. Probably win three in a row this weekend. I'm not saying he in the second coming of Lombardi but he is getting alot out of very little. He was also expected to crash and burn. Far from it so far. Probably finishes with a better record than us with far less talent.

Are we really debating whether or not BOSTON COLLEGE who embarrased us and dominated all 3 fazes of the game was rolling us or not? I get your point we didn't loose by 30. BC dominated us. Not sure what game you watched.

ASU would beat this Miami team, the way we are playing now. Herm Edwards was a terrible choice to be HC. Great facilities, a trimmed down on-campus Sun Devil Stadium (55,000 seats, down from 75,000). Fork 'em, Sparky! (My son graduated in '95 with Jake Plummer and Pat Tillman; UM too expensive).

I guess the point I was trying to make is that Herm probably needs an entire department to handle scouting and recruiting. Saban probably doesnt just more efficient and convenient. He is already an elite recruter and coach. Due to the fact that our next coach probably wont be in the same conversation with a Saban or Meyer or Dabo grab a great in game coach with experience and credentials and then surround him with the staff and tools to make his deficiencies. Some one mentioned Harbaugh. Great example. Wouldnt know anything about recruting but could coach rings around most of the ACC including Richt. Thats why I mentioned ASU and not Bama. Outside the box hire with Bama's game plan.
