Are you really even that mad.

It's the penalties for me, even in victory. Mario's a coach that harps on about hard work and attention to detail, projects gravitas, but my guy we are routinely one of the sloppiest teams week to week. I was naively hoping we would come out of the bye looking sharp but it's still false starts (at home), unsportsmanlike conduct, etc.
You can't expect to win anything of significance playing that way.

Im ****ed.. Already booked for Dallas for Halloween, smfh.. Such a ******* waste.. I might eat the flight and book something in Caribbean.. Would hate to be in cold or some **** watching up dog pile run game on road milking clock from opening drive..

This won’t be the last one either, and we won’t even make it to Charlotte.

**And 8 months from now when 80% of this board is doing the hype drivel, I’m on your *** cause there’s absolutely no ******* way we will EVER win **** of relevance under this regime if we couldn't do it last season and this season. #GoCanes

I am not. Not even disappointed. The worst part is that I've come to expect this now on an annual basis.

And even the fact that I saw it coming, texted @RVACane about it and it ended up happening doesn't let any emotion in me lose.

I just cannot give a **** about this program anymore. Last night I said there at around 4:25 am watching this idiot that probably thought about his Latinas waiting for him in his apartment throw a fourth pick that in essence was his fifth pick. I just closed my laptop, went to sleep and that's that. I told myself, I won't start giving a **** anymore if they don't and they don't. It's evident.

Only thing I have to deal with now is my health - which happens after every night game, but it won't happen in the future. And I'm kinda glad that I won't stay up for football anymore, regardless of W or L.

Naw not really, lousville played great against Miami and schemed against the defense and offense well plus didn’t make many mistakes. While on the other hand outside of our receivers we didn’t play well at all and made plenty of mistakes all over. Just gotta regroup and with the 12 team playoff we are still in it

Was numb to it. Game ended, went to the gym, watched a movie with the family (game started at 1pm for me). All while slowly dying a little more inside.

Did you see how the D was missing tackles all game? They were sleep walking.... and the fake fg , we could have seen it a mile away and yet the staff didn't

He can win big games. Rivalries? Wouldn’t bet against him. FSU, UF, Notre Dame- he knows what buttons to push to get the players fired up.

But the games where it’s just some randomly scheduled opponent and we are heavily favored? He can’t get the players to treat the games seriously. I am sure HE treats the random games seriously, but given that this happens every year and at different programs, he has a coaching problem that may be unfixable.

I’m not trying say he is uniquely bad and that no other coaches have this problem. It’s not easy to keep college kids focused game after game. Ironically, Cristobal would probably have his team play really well in the playoffs because those are big games and as I said, he can get the players fired up for those. Unfortunately he won’t get the chance to prove himself in the playoffs because his teams always lose those regular season games they shouldn’t.

And I said it when he was hired- I would rather have a HC whose teams consistently beat inferior talent and lose to more talented teams over a HC whose teams are good enough to beat talented teams but consistently lose to inferior teams. At least with the former you can still have hope that as the talent level increases, the team will start beating other talented teams. With the latter, it doesn’t really matter how much talent you stack, that isn’t going to fix the problem.
 
I'm more upset. I was fully ready to join the sunshine pumpers and thought this would be a big win to establish the new regime under Mario; I was literally looking up National Championship tickets at work lol. Nope, same-old same-old.

Mad?? Nope, disappointed cause like some on here it looked like we finally turned the corner. Seems nothing has changed now with this loss, just to many to list and others have listed the same things ok thinking so I won’t get into posting them. Yeah, I thought we finally turned the corner… 🤷🏼‍♂️
