Are we not going to talk about the Defense?

24th in Scoring Defense
6th in Rush Defense
51st in Pass Defense
15th in Total Defense
25th in Sacks
9th in TFL's
46th in INT's
8th in Fumble Recoveries
9th in 3rd down Defense
130th in 4th down Defense

Basically, we're stout against the run, very good on 3rd down & get TFL's, but need more INT's, Sacks & have to get stops on 4th downs. The issue is the Secondary & lack of sacks upfront.

We need to start Al Blades (don't know why they keep starting Ivey over Blades), play Frierson more & stick with Hall & Carter while implementing Bolden into the Safety rotation. Knowels needs to hit the bench for good & Ivey should be CB3 playing in Nickel & Dime packages. Plus we should be playing Keontra Smith & Te'Cory Couch more as well.

On the DLine, Rousseau, Ford, Garvin & Hill should be the top 4, move them all around the line & rotate Bethel & Miller in when we go with the heavy line on run plays.

And Sam Brooks need more snaps with the starters.

Can somebody please tell me why in the **** were our players jumping up and down and celebrating on the sidelines in the last 7 minutes of the game when we were behind. Child please tell me why.

I know how not to be fooled by stats and see what's in front of my eyes.
Where was I fooled by stats? I simply listed what the current stats were at that time.

Show me where in my comment did I make a definitive statement about the Defense, I literally listed the things I thought we should do to help us improve, I made no argument that they were great or anything like that.

What are you even getting at??

Then why post stats? What point are you making by listing them if not trying to defend them?

To add context to the discussion.

The stats were in reference to what they had done at that point. If you read the comment I clearly stated what our weaknesses were & what I felt we needed to do to be better.

If I was Defending them I would've clearly Defended them. I've criticized both the Offense & the Defense on numerous occasions, so what the **** is even your point?

What is your point if not to argue against my OP?

There's no point to taking inflated stats including Bethune to otherwise stick up for the defense. They suck. It was there for the blind to see and yet you still stuck up fo them. PLain and simple.

Has Blake "Down Syndrome" Baker still figured out his best DL?

Fvck all of you. See you next millennium

I didn't stick up for them READ THE COMMENT. I wasn't arguing against your post, I was adding context, do you know what adding context means? If I disagreed with your post, I would've said I disagree, I'm very clear & concise with my words I say exactly what I say & mean exactly what I mean.

In my comment I said, " need more INT's, Sacks & have to get stops on 4th downs. The issue is the Secondary & lack of sacks upfront.

So I'm sticking up for them by saying THE ISSUE IS THE SECONDARY & LACK OF SACKS UPFRONT... If I were sticking up for the Defense I wouldn't have said that at all...

The point was at the time, which was after the CMU game, this was our rankings & what our issues were & I said what I felt we should do to improve, by playing certain players that I felt could make more plays in the Defense. IF I WERE STICKING UP FOR THEM, WHY WOULD I SUGGEST FOR PLAYERS WHO WEREN'T STARTERS TO GET MORE SNAPS? Wouldn't I want to keep the same guys on the field if I felt they were doing a good job??
