I did a dbl take on the player intro's. I most certainly was unaware he started for them.

The normal colts starter is rookie 2nd rd pick tyquan Lewis from Ohio st. He was on IR to start the season but became the regular starter. Lewis hurt his knee 2 weeks ago and missed the last 2 games.

I follow colts as much as the canes. Have NFL Sunday ticket etc... more proof from a Colts beat writer that Lewis and not AQM is the normal starter.

George Odum starts in place of Malik Hooker. Al-Quadin Muhammad gets the nod again for Tyquan Lewis.

Week 16 snap counts vs giants prior to week 17 Lewis injury.

- Tyquan Lewis: 52 defense (80 percent)
- Al-Quadin Muhammad: 19 defense (29 percent), 7 special teams (26 percent)
