Visits April 4, 2026 Spring Ball Splash (aka Pool Party)

I believe we may have silent commits currently or after this weekend, waiting for the green light to go public. This staff is very strategic.

Man I remember attending Anchor Splash at that pool back in the mid 90’s. Never had I seen a collection of specimen (speciwomen?) as I did that day. I think there should be a collab between DG and the recruits…assuming DG still has mostly hot chicks.
I’m not sure what they do or don’t have now, but I’m pretty sure that back in the day they made enough bank deposits to still qualify even if they have been hit with not so attractive types to still rank all time

Mane I couldn't do that jump lol
Others may know this story, depending upon what your circles were and age, but back I think in 87 or 88 when Miami had a massive comeback against Michigan the rat went crazy and a bunch of people went over to the pool with a lot of them jumping off that high board drunk, and one person in particular wound up over in then Doctor’s hospital with his balls literally in a sling

I thought marriage caused your balls to be in a sling.

When's the first commit

I'm not sure we get any right away…You know how CMC with this stuff, even if a kid does want to go, he may tell them to wait.

Also some of these guys have specific dates already, and with others we are talking about are really big whales. They are going to hear the counter pitches from the Tamus, LSUs, Oregons no matter what how much momentum we have

Details on Hollands article (also updated above)

Joshua Dobson

Miami moved up the list....Dobson was able to spend plenty of individual time with several staffers as well as head coach Mario Cristobal.

Jaiden "Boog" Byrant

Miami made a move....I’m not predicting a flip right now, but the Hurricanes put themselves in a great position going into his official visit to UM on May 29.

Myson Johnson-Cook

I do feel like Miami has the lead

Marcus Fakatou

called the visit an eye opener and said Miami is now in a position to host him for an official visit.....Fakatou is aiming to make his way back to Coral Gables on June 19

Montana Malotu’upule Toilolo

Marcus Fakatou spent a lot of time with three-star Santa Ana (Calif.) Mater Dei defensive lineman Montana Malotu’upule Toilolo. The two are close friends and have talked about playing together at the next level. Toilolo has an official visit scheduled with Miami for May 29. However, he said a decision may come before that date.

Jaxon Dollar

Miami is also in the Top 3....Dollar bonded well with new tight ends coach Mike Viti.....Dollar is working to narrow down a date for his Miami official visit.

Asher Ghioto

Miami is at the very top for Ghioto. He loves the staff, the recent EDGE development and connected well with everyone on his visit. Miami also got a boost from three-star defensive line commit Josh Johnson, who spent some time recruiting Ghioto at the pool party.

Tromon "The Chosen One" Isaac

The group (Sherrod Gourdine, Jaylyn Jones & Ah’Mari Stevens ) spent a lot of time working on Dobson as well as Top 100 2028 Miami (Fla.) Chaminade-Madonna wide receiver Tromon Isaac

I’m confident Miami has the lead with Isaac.

Ezekiel Ayangbile

loved his time at Miami this weekend and is now looking to return for an official visit on May 29.

Miami continues to pick up steam...The Hurricanes have the most momentum with the explosive tailback at this point in his process.

Mark Matthews

The Hurricanes lead

Dawson Jacobs

“They were very professional,” their father said. “They didn’t press DJ. They were mainly focusing on Dawson.

“Everything was good. Dawson is just going through his process. DJ, he’s committed to Ohio State. Of course they said they’d love to have him but they didn’t press him. It was Dawson’s weekend to shine.”

Jaxon Dollar

Miami is one to watch.....“Miami was such a fun visit,” Dollar said. “Me and my mom had a great time."

Eric McFarland III

“What continues to excite me, their grit for the game and how they work and that is something great to be a part of.

“I’m high on Miami.”

Jaden "J5" Upshaw

will commit next week. Miami and Texas A&M are two that appear to be in the best spot.

Upshaw says the ACC program made a major move after this experience.

“No. 1 on my board,” Upshaw stated.

Jalaythan Mayfield

The environment was great. I love the culture at Miami! What keeps Miami a high priority for me is the people I would be working with throughout the day-to-day basis.

Ezekiel Ayangbile

I’ve always had a love for Miami since I was young, even before ball so getting down here was a must
...
I loved what they have in plan for me and what they’ve shown me about the program besides what I already knew, and I knew a lot. I think I could fit very well into what they’ve built

Conner Rutherford

Miami is in the top two alongside NC State

Xavier Perkins

Miami could be tough to beat

Asher Ghioto

The environment was awesome!”...What excites me is the scheme they run. It’s an attack style defense and that is exactly what I like.

“I feel the love at Miami and I know I’m a top priority for them. And the area is amazing!

They are up there for sure.”

Jackson Vaughn

What continues to stand out about Miami is the direction of the program and the energy around it.
....
The coaching staff has been big for me too.
....
Another thing is the culture. It’s competitive, it’s fast, and it feels like guys are truly bought in. Being around the players and seeing how they work definitely stood out. Overall, Miami is a place that continues to check a lot of boxes for me as I go through this process

Jacobs looks like a bit of a pretty boy, we don’t want pretty boys, we want dogs who work their *** off. He has a Taint smell to him…entitled, nose in the air supreme athlete. The type we saw when we whooped Taints ***.
But if he flips all this out the window right?
Of course but till then he’s pledged allegiance to Taint. That tells me a whole lot.

I think it’s a place where I can grow not only as a player but as a person as well!

Jamar Thompson

Now I know and just to see that I got coaches that’s going to be on my tail, I feel that’s the right fit for me

Ezekiel Ayangbile

The experience was awesome through and through....The party was awesome you know, just fellowship between some players and some of the recruits

Jaden Carey

The visit was great the practice was intense and very fluent. Miami practices always catch your attention

Jaylyn Jones

all the big time recruits coming out to see Miami so they can have a feel for the crib to be able to call it home !! We coming for the best in 27!

Demarcus Deroche

loved it a lot of people intense practice great environment

Gus Corsair

It was an incredible visit. I can’t say enough about the staff and everything they did the past couple of days!.....am definitely planning on scheduling an OV

Antayvious "Tay" Ellis

It was really good, glad I came

Josh Johnson

I had an amazing time at Miami today....Me, my uncle, Xavier Perkins, Gus Corsair, Coach D Lew, and Asher Ghioto even did a swimming relay race, which was funny and competitive at the same time. Overall it was a great day and it just made me like Miami even more.

Anthony "Ant" Howard

The Miami practice today was great, the rb’s brought the energy and they dominated practice not just Mark Fletcher but the entire RB room was going crazy and having big plays.......I can’t wait to be back!
