When hiring an OC and DC you have to not worry too much about recruiting . With Applewhite we luckily get a really good recruiter AND play caller but even if he wasn't a good recruiter so be it . If a OC or DC runs a great system the players will come . Just look at how bad our O recruiting this year has gone compared to our D recruiting . ALL of our big recruit commits are on D besides the WR from Jax.
