Tomorrow will be a Tulane Nevada thread and this dude saying let's go Tulane. You might as well make one thread dedicated to the bowl games to avoid ****ing people off but it looks like you already did that.

I meant my new team for MAKING me some cash. Geez . App state is a good money maker, they almost cover every spread. That's what I meant. If one can't see this are idiots. I can like another team outside the power 5. @Hurracanes

I'm not against you enjoying a game or whatnot, but I wouldn't go on a Miami site to start a thread about such a craptastic game.

I'm OK on a lot of stuff, but I'm a Miami alum. I'm not too happy to go to a Miami board and find a lot of "but I also like this team" nonsense.

Sorry, man, that's just how I'm built. Nothing personal.

I feel you on yours too but going through that thread makes my skin crawl. I think bra just wants to talk some live football and probably should have left the fan of app st out. I learned my lesson 2 yrs ago about bringing up my fandom of another college team in regards to a certain basketball school.

It's tough. I try to explain to people that I was a Dolphins fan before Tampa Bay got a team, and that I was a Boston Celtics fan before Orlando got the Magic.

On college, I'm 100% down with my alma mater, though (as a Catholic) I liked early 80s Georgetown hoops before I enrolled at UM.

I'm OK with starting game-watch threads on bowl games, I certainly didn't expect hydro to be rooting for 4-5 North Texas. I just think most UM fans are a bit on edge from the UNC game, and we probably won't be feeling more charitable about other schools until we manage to beat OK State. Or Alabama.
