Listed stadium capacity is lower than actual capacity due to the general admission area (grass hill in the south endzone). That's one reason we average over 100% of capacity in attendance most years.

No worries on the thick skin. Like all fan bases I'm sure The U has its share of good ones and goofballs. You'll find that true in our fan base as well. Some folks think a wild upset of Michigan nine years ago translates into the ability to leap tall buildings in a single bound. While I'll freely admit it was one of the most fun games I've ever attended, I don't expect to see that sort of thing more than a time or two more in my lifetime. Other fans understand that we've made the transition from FCS to G5 FBS nicely and still have plenty of room for growth.

I'm glad Richt is your coach now and hope Miami fans understand that it may take a season to get the train wreck of the past decade untangled before returning to the top. Richt's a good one! See you in Boone.
 
Being an hour away I was planning on going, but I can't fiend anything less than $600...?

Dammit. had the hotel booked, but Im not paying 200 a ticket to sit in general admission. I guess i'll just have to watch them beat up the nerds in Atlanta the next weekend instead.

He was thinking we had an opening that had to be filled, or just play 11 games. This was the result of someone on the schedule pulling out late in the game. This isn't on the AD.
 
I've seen bigger high school stadiums, could of been a Nirvana video.

I don't give a **** what the issue was.... A school like Miami doesn't travel to a school like App. State.

I just jumped on stubhub and grabbed 2 in the canes section 109 for $169 each. Fees and everything put the total for the 2 over $400. Better get my money's worth lol
