Georgia Tech is coming off a BYE week. The week prior, they beat the **** out of VTech on the road.

We're going to get creamed on Saturday.

**Correction: GTech isn’t coming off a BYE, they beat UNC 38-28 on the road. Still think Canes will lose on Saturday

He’s not gonna be getting the Thomas’ and Richards’ of the recruiting world anymore.

Richt needs to overwhelm his opponent with talent. If that talent ain’t coming, the losses will pile up. Mork ain’t out coaching anybody in the coastal. Which is embarrassing.
 
I suppose you have to ask, what would CMR's replacement do that he hasn't been able to do? I do not believe he will or should be fired this season or offseason. Should he change some offensive staff members? Yes. It is a tough conversation, but BJames needs to have that convo and then the ball is in CMR's court. Either comply, resign, or be terminated.

He overachieved last year and this year has underachieved. You don't fire that guy imo.
 
The absolute worst thing that can happen from this point on are wins. We need as much chaos, anarchy, and toxicity around the program as possible.

We all need to do our part. If you have any access to any of the BOT members (like if they are your clients or something along these lines) you need to voice your displeasure and send it up the line.

I'll be doing the little I can, but it's time for everyone on this site to step it up. We've got attorneys, doctors, and professionals from all walks of life on this board so it's time to start making some noise.

I'll be doing my part. I do some tax work for one BOT member and another large booster. Tax planning season for 2019 is upon us so as I start hearing from them....they'll be getting an earful from me. I encourage all of you who are privy to these types of situations to do the same.

All of it. Start with hire a talented staff, manage recruiting better, and be a leader.
 
History repeats itself when you continually hire arrogant, clueless buffoons corching up your program. If you want a clue as to what to expect from year 4, take a look at Golden's and Shannon's 4th year. Wash, rinse, repeat.
 
Sad that some of our fans have obviously been castrated and defend a coach who's team is worse in year 3 than year1. A good coach the team gets better not worse.

It's sad, but this is an unfortunate fact. People tend to get ****y about this kind of truth because they can't emotionally separate their momentary fandom from strategy for the ultimate good. It's not about "rooting against the Canes," it's just about recognizing the fastest path to getting the change that's going to have to be made eventually anyway. I recognize that they're not going to fire him after year 3, but at some point I think the noise and chaos will get too loud next year and the AD/admins will look to make a mutual retirement deal with Richt to avoid things getting worse. Best case scenario is that happening after THIS year so he can save face and have a better end to his career, while the U moves on with as little damage and bad will as possible. If Richt is smart, he'll recognize that.

This has been a season of wishful thinking by a lot of people on here. Based on what?

We've averaged 14 points against the weaker ACC teams the last 3 loses, and a mere 7 points in the second half in those games. With one, a NIGHT GAME AT HOME!

Yet now we're going to lock and load and win two of our next three...Gosh I hope you're right, but I've been hoping one of you optimists would be right all season along. "LSU; We Roll"
